Located in Lebanon, Oregon, Class 1 Tool & Mold has been serving customers in the Northwest since 1993. Here are just a few examples of recent work. Any special finishes required are done locally or can be sent to the supllier of your choice.

Aluminum with red anodize finish, there arenot very many right angles on these pieces.

 

Stainless steel, blind hole from threaded end to two rows of 0.015" diameter holes. Holes are indexed to be 22.5 degrees offset from one row to the next. There is also a groove over each row of holes.

 

Black anodize over aluminum. Radii formed by EDM, compound steps and angles, thin wall sections and it all fit together with the other parts of the assembly not shown; all done right the first time.
